Vinyasa Yoga

The Vinyasa yoga sessions I offer are inspired by nature, the cycles of the Sun and Moon, and the elements that make up our physical world. Just as nature is in constant motion, our practice flows organically. Vinyasa yoga has a clear and logical structure, offering endless possibilities and creativity. Each session aligns with the seasons, the time of day, and the current needs of the students, providing a unique combination of strong and gentle movements. In these sessions, we connect not only to our physical bodies but also to the subtle energy layer, our life force, through the breath wave. This practice invites exploration of both, the everyday mind and the inner knowing, helping us discover the joy and vitality within ourselves.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, offers deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity. This ancient practice expands awareness by accessing the state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the analytical mind to rest. By entering this brainwave state, we tap into the subconscious, release limiting beliefs, and experience a sense of wholeness. Known as a form of non-sleep deep rest in modern times, Yoga Nidra helps our overstimulated minds to rest and strengthens the body-mind connection, enhancing overall wellbeing.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is key to fully experiencing life, grounding ourselves in the power of the present moment. It is the quality of being present and engaged with whatever we are doing or experiencing. Through sitting meditation or mindful movement, we cultivate awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. By practicing mindfulness techniques, we develop a beginner's mind, let go of judgments, and increase the capacity to accept the current state of things, breaking free from automatic behaviors and reactivity, thus regaining our power of choice.
