Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, offers profound relaxation, stress reduction, and enhanced mental clarity. By accessing the state between wakefulness and sleep, the analytical mind rests while the subconscious releases limiting beliefs. This practice strengthens the body-mind connection, supports overall well-being, and provides a sense of wholeness—a true rest for our overstimulated modern lives.
